Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Danielle Carlston has deep roots in Utah and a genuine appreciation for the mountain lifestyle and community she calls home. A graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Danielle began her career in the nonprofit sector, helping educate K–12 students about energy safety, efficiency, and conservation before finding her way to real estate.
Danielle entered the industry in 2018 as a Transaction Manager with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and earned her real estate license in early 2020. Since then, she has built a well-rounded background spanning transaction coordination, operations, marketing, and new construction, including experience with one of Utah’s leading homebuilders. Today, as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to Laurie Wing, Danielle brings that diverse experience together to help keep every detail, deadline, and moving piece on track.
Highly organized and solutions-oriented, Danielle thrives behind the scenes, creating efficient systems, solving problems, and helping transactions and day-to-day operations run seamlessly. She takes pride in anticipating needs and making the real estate experience easier for both the team and their clients.|
Outside of work, Danielle is happiest in the mountains or planning her next adventure. An avid hiker, backpacker, camper, skier, and climber, she has also traveled to 30 countries around the world. When she’s closer to home, she enjoys exploring Utah’s outdoors and spending time with her two cats.
